Ocean Point Condominiums Phases II, III, and IV Wall Repairs, Ocean Isle Beach, NC

CTT provided full design phase engineering services for Phase II, III & IV exterior wall repairs (ocean-facing, sound-facing, and eastern management building walls) in order to fully waterproof the exterior building envelope of the 16-story Ocean Point Condominium. Wall repairs consisted of hard-coat stucco system (DEFS) replacement and recoating, metal stud repairs & replacement, new secondary member installation (headers and jamb studs) at windows and doors on ocean-facing walls, new flashing installation, window replacements, reconditioning of ocean-facing sliding glass doors and new sliding glass door installation as required, concrete repairs, post-tension slab repairs, carpet replacement, painting, cleaning, patching & re-coating of balcony and breezeway slabs and overheads, incidental lighting replacements, installation of hurricane storm shutters, repairing of roof parapets and associated appurtenances.
