CTT provided complete structural and marine engineering for the design of approximately 3,400 LF
of vinyl bulkhead with a coated aluminum cap and treated timber drop waler
with mechanical anchor system and sloping backfill along the AIWW.
Project also included design of transition walls at adjacent property as
well as design of a boat ramp, consisting of a concrete ramp above the HWL
and the lower portion below the MLW consisting of an articulated concrete
ramp along with a staging dock. Two community docks were also provided
along with the associated dredging for all amenities. These amenities
serves single-family units as well as a multi-family tract.
