CTT
is providing site development engineering services for the
expansion to the production facility located in Maxton, North Carolina. The
latest addition to the facility will include two building additions, parking
lot revisions and the construction of a new drive for trucks to access the
proposed loading dock.
The existing site is sensitive to activity, as production at
this site cannot be affected by proposed expansion. This means that care has
to be taken to insure worker safety, continued site access and a logical
construction sequence so as not to interfere with day to day activities at
the facility.
CTT’s responsibilities include engineering
services for site demolition, site layout, grading and drainage, new parking
areas (to include a loading dock), utility relocations, new utility
services, site retaining walls, sidewalks, storm water treatment and other
amenities.
