CTT provided civil site design for development of this credit
union. The two acre site included the main bank building, parking, a
detached drive-through teller island, and a wet detention pond.
Our services consisted of designing the site layout,
landscaping calculations, grading, erosion control, stormwater management,
and water & sewer utilities. Design of a left turn lane addition and
roadway widening were also performed, as a condition of NCDOT approval.
Permitting efforts consisted of preparing applications and coordinating with
County Zoning, County Sewer, County Stormwater, County Erosion Control,
County Fire Marshal, City Water Service, City Stormwater, City Fire Marshal,
State Stormwater, NCDOT Driveway Permit, and NCDOT Encroachment Permit.
All local and State stormwater regulations were satisfied by
designing a wet detention basin. This basin stored the first inch of
rainwater as required by The State. The basin also attenuated the
twenty-five year storm for the County and the ten year storm for The City.
