Established in 1950 as a local engineering firm to provide engineering
services in southeastern North Carolina, CRISER TROUTMAN TANNER
Consulting EngineerS (CTT) has evolved into a
multi-disciplined consulting engineering firm engaged in planning, studies,
design, construction administration, special inspections and related
services throughout the United States in the disciplines of civil
engineering, structural engineering, coastal and marine engineering.
Building on our experience and reputation for excellence, our team of
professionals offer our clients a comprehensive project delivery with
services consisting of initial study and concept development; financial and
facilities planning; feasibility studies; regulatory agency permit
applications; site suitability; final design and development of construction
plans and documents; design review; preliminary and final opinion of
probable costs; project management; bidding and construction phase services;
construction observation; special inspections; and shop drawing review and
