Mr. Weiss serves as project manager and has experience in structural, marine, coastal, and civil engineering including construction observation. Since 2001, Mr. Weiss' responsibilities have included performing analysis, generating computer models and assisting in development of design specifications, construction documents and the review of shop drawings and construction submittals for a variety of clients and facilities.
