Mr. Troutman has provided structural, coastal, and marine engineering and construction observation/administration since 1989. He is responsible for planning and complete design plans, specifications, cost estimates, bid documents, special inspections, and construction administration for a variety of projects and facilities. In addition to structural engineering projects, Mr. Troutman also provides experience in residential, private, and commercial coastal and marine engineering design projects involving beach renourishment, beach access structures, dredging, bulkheads, marina, dock and pier design, and breasting/mooring structures, including preparation and application of CAMA and other pertinent permits. Additionally, Mr. Troutman provides structural condition assessment inspections and forensic investigation services and reports.
