Since 1979, Mr. Criser has experience delivering civil engineering and project management services to the surrounding areas. His capabilities include, design of new sites, and sites that include redevelopment and rehabilitation. He has also completed numerous stormwater projects along with site specific designs. Mr. Criser's resume also consists of sewer system projects; water treatment plant designs; modifications and improvements; lift stations; sanitary sewer projects; road relocations and extensions; road repairs and resurfacing; and project management and construction administration.
