Since 1994, Mr. Arcuri has provided civil site engineering and project management to public, private, commercial and residential clients. Licensed to practice engineering in NC and SC, his resume includes shopping centers, drug stores, banks, waterlines, elevated water storage tanks, sewer mains, pump stations, stormwater ponds, and erosion control. His responsibilities include marketing, engineering reports, performing analysis, computer modeling, cost estimates, construction plans and specifications, construction contracts, shop drawing review, construction submittals, and construction observation. Mr. Arcuri is well experienced with permitting on local, State, and Federal levels.
